Cancellations?

For ready to ship items, cancellations are accepted within 24hrs of purchase as long as the item has not already been shipped.

For custom orders, cancellations are accepted within 24 hrs as long as production of the pieces has not already began.

Refunds/Returns?

All sales are final, no refunds, returns or exchanges.

I try to pack each piece of pottery as carefully as I can but accidents can happen with shipping. If an item arrives damaged or broken please send me a photo within 5 days of delivery and I will replace it with one that is a similar style & size as the one that you purchased. If your order was the last of my collection, a new item will be made for you with an eta of 4-6+ weeks.

Shipping?

In stock items ship within 2-5 business days, custom orders can take 4-6+ weeks after placing your order.

Glaze Information?

The beauty of handmade ceramics is that no two items, including glazes look the same. I try to take each photo on my website to look as authentic as possible however lighting, editing and screens can cause some variation. It is my own belief that pottery always looks better in person!

Care Instructions?

All of the ceramics that I make are food safe as well as microwave & dishwasher safe.

Please handle each piece with love as ceramics can break or chip if mishandled.
